You must be an individual in a country supported by the applicable Amazon Games title and the older of 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your country of residence (however, the contest is not open to legal residents of Brazil and where prohibited by law). Limit one entry per person per social media or customer account. Our and our affiliates’ employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Each entry must (a) be the original creation of entrant (e.g., it has not been copied or derived in whole or in part from any other work); (b) be in the English language (if video contains spoken or written language); (c) not include music; (d) not prominently display third-party brands or logos; and (e) be suitable for family viewing on a national news network, and meet other reasonable community standards. We reserve the right to disqualify at any time any entry containing obscene, offensive, libelous, disparaging, infringing, or other inappropriate content or subject matter (as determined by us), or that otherwise does not comply with any requirement described in these Official Rules.
By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor the non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the entry (including all images and people depicted in the entry) throughout the world in any media. Each entrant also represents and warrants that (a) their entry (including all images and people depicted in the entry) does not violate or infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary right of any person or entity; and (b) they have received the written consent of any person who appears in any entry, and each person in the entry is the older of 18 years of age or legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
Each qualified entry will be judged and rated by a panel of qualified judges selected by Sponsor using the following criteria: (a) 50% on the amount of creativity and uniqueness demonstrated in the entry; and (b) 50% on the quality of the entry.
Winners will be selected by the judges based on the judging criteria above or any other criteria described in the linked announcement for the contest. Each winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability / publicity release as requested by Sponsor to receive the prize.
Except where prohibited by law, all federal, state, foreign, provincial, or other tax liabilities are the responsibility of the prize winners, Sponsor will not be responsible for any tax deductions which may be necessary and Sponsor reserves the right to withhold taxes as required by law. Winners will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winners in receiving or using the prize. Winners may be required to submit tax filing information required by Sponsor in order to claim the prize. IF TAXES ARE APPLICABLE TO THE PRIZE, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER TO PAY TO THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES. PROVISION OF THE PRIZE TO THE CONTEST WINNER IS SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS REQUIREMENT THAT THE WINNER SUBMIT TO SPONSOR ALL DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED BY SPONSOR TO PERMIT COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE, FEDERAL, LOCAL AND FOREIGN (INCLUDING PROVINCIAL) TAX REPORTING AND WITHHOLDING REQUIREMENTS. Contest winner is responsible for ensuring that the tax documentation submitted to Sponsor complies with all applicable tax laws and requirements. If a winner fails to provide the documentation or submits incomplete documentation, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the prize to the next entrant receiving the highest score based on the judging criteria.
Winners will be notified as specified in the linked announcement for the contest within 5 days of the end of the contest, and once notified, you will have 24 hours to claim the prize. If any required documentation to receive the prize is not returned by the specified date or if a potential winner is deemed ineligible prior to the prize being awarded, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the prize to the next entrant receiving the highest score based on the judging criteria.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel this contest at any time, including the right to substitute a prize (or any portion thereof) with an item of comparable or greater value in our sole discretion.
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitch, or Twitter.
By entering the contest you agree that we and our affiliates, the prize provider(s), and Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitch, and Twitter, will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against any liability or loss, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, for all matters related to your acceptance, possession, experience with, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the contest.
The sponsor of the contest is the Amazon affiliate that manages the page or site running the contest.
Each winner must have or will need to create a Steam and/or Amazon account in order to redeem any Amazon Games digital content entitlement provided as a prize. Except as required by law, the prize is personal to you and cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Amazon is not responsible if any prize is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If the prize is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced.
